1. Product Appearance & Craftsmanship

Every Flamboyant suit is individually made, and slight variations are a natural part of custom craftsmanship.

Fabric colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Hand embroidery, beadwork and other handcrafted details may also vary slightly in placement, texture or appearance from product photographs and reference images. These natural variations are not considered defects.

From time to time, a selected fabric, button, trim or other component may become unavailable.

If a significant substitution is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before production begins.

We accept payment methods available through our Shopify checkout. We do not currently offer deposits or direct installment payment plans.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with a payment or order, please contact Flamboyant first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter with you.

Orders subject to an unresolved payment dispute or chargeback may have production or shipment paused, where possible, until the matter is resolved.

3.Intellectual Property & Customer Content

Flamboyant's original designs, photographs, graphics, written content, branding and other creative materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

When submitting a photograph, artwork, sketch or design for customization, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that material.

Customer-submitted inspiration remains the customer's content. Submission does not transfer ownership of that content to Flamboyant.

Customer photographs will not be used for advertising, our website, social media or other promotional purposes without permission.
