1. Intellectual Property & Customer Content

Flamboyant's original designs, photographs, graphics, written content, branding and other creative materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

When submitting a photograph, artwork, sketch or design for customization, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that material.

Customer-submitted inspiration remains the customer's content. Submission does not transfer ownership of that content to Flamboyant.

Customer photographs will not be used for advertising, our website, social media or other promotional purposes without permission.

2. Made-to-Measure & Custom Order Policy

Every Flamboyant suit is individually made to your measurements. Because your garment is created specifically for you, please review all measurements and customization details carefully before submitting your order.

Measurements

Please provide your actual body measurements without adding extra allowance. Our tailors will add the appropriate ease for fit and movement unless you specifically request that the measurements provided be used as finished garment measurements.

We review submitted measurements before production and may contact you by email or WhatsApp if anything appears unusual or requires confirmation.

Measurements may be changed within 24 hours of submission. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements they provide.

Tailored as Shown

Selecting Tailored as Shown means your chosen Flamboyant design will be made to your submitted measurements while retaining the design, color and detailing shown.

Personalize This Design

Selecting Personalize This Design allows you to request changes to the original suit, including color, styling, embroidery and other design details.

Significant customization may affect the final price. Please contact us before ordering if you are requesting substantial changes.

All personalized designs will be reviewed and confirmed with you before production begins.

3. Fully Custom Design Policy

Have something completely different in mind? We welcome photographs, sketches and reference images as inspiration for fully custom commissions.

We interpret your inspiration using available fabrics, materials and craftsmanship and will bring your vision to life to the best of our ability. Exact reproduction of a reference image cannot be guaranteed.

Where applicable, design details, mockups or progress images may be shared for your review before production.

Once the design is approved and production begins, further revisions cannot be made. Changes requested before production begins may result in additional charges.
