Production & Shipping Policy

Production Time

Every Flamboyant suit is individually made in Mumbai, India.

Please allow approximately:

Production: approximately 5 weeks
Shipping: approximately 1 week

We do not offer rush production.

For weddings, proms and other date-specific occasions, we recommend ordering at least 3 months before your event.

If we determine that there is not enough time to properly make and deliver your order before your stated event date, we may decline or cancel the order and issue a refund rather than compromise the quality of your suit.

Worldwide Shipping

Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with your order.

We primarily ship using DHL Express, although another carrier may be used for certain destinations.

Where sufficient production time has been provided and we have accepted an order for a confirmed event date, we will plan production and dispatch to ensure delivery ahead of that event.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs charges, taxes and other destination-specific fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, we will assist with requesting a redirection from the courier where possible. Successful redirection, however, cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the courier and destination.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is confirmed lost or materially damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

Once the issue has been confirmed with the carrier, Flamboyant will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
